We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff was incredibly helpful. They even went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable. This hotel is situated next to the train station, making transportation very easy. Additionally, it's located close to all the UNESCO sites in this city, making sightseeing a breeze.

For us, it was ideal.

Location is great, close to the train station and the shops. We loved that it was near some great restaurants and cafes too, including a local favorite just across the street. the room was also decently sized and clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The noise level was unacceptable. We could hear every single car passing by and conversations from people outside sounded like they were right next to us.

A quick 15-minute walk is needed to reach basilica san vitale. For sure we would book again...

We were able to park around the side but there weren't many spaces. (The hotel is also very close to the train station). Breakfast was good, and the location is good for walking to the town centre (watch out for the many cyclists!). Receptionist was pleasant. Our windows opened over the busy street.

Minor complaint: very expensive wifi (13 euro for 24 hours), but you can use pc in lobby for reading mail

We like their very welcoming staff, the variety of facility tools, and their complimentary breakfast, especially their delicious coffee. We enjoyed our stay very much overall.

The internet access from their computer located in the very small corner of the lobby is free, but you have to pay two Euros if you want to use your own computer anywhere in the hotel.

there is a very polite man working at the reception, he gave us map and umbrela because there was rain - room big and comfortable - only few hundred meters from center

there are some channels in the tv, that you have to pay for watcing, so just do not watch

Great location close to public transportation and a fantastic market around the corner. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed.

The bathroom smelled like mildew and the shower was small. The breakfast was basic and the coffee tasted burnt.

This was my 3rd time to stay at Hotel Italia and I keep on returning here on visits to Ravenna because it is affordable, the staff are always friendly and the rooms are clean. If you are travelling by train it is the best hotel to go to as it is only a 2 minute walk to the hotel and Ravenna is such a small town you are only a few minutes walks to the centre. You can hear the trains from your room but it never bothered me.

This hotel is ideally situated for exploring the historical heart of this charming Italian town. It's just a short walk to all the major attractions and is close to the UNESCO designated sites. Guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious with views overlooking the train station and tracks. Staff are friendly and offer a good breakfast that sets you up for the day ahead.

The hotel's WiFi is quite expensive and their coffee is not up to par.

IWe enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The boys loved the bikes and we took advantage of them to visit the centre of town.
